
A bit about Nate
Nate Morris, MSc
Nate Morris is a strength and conditioning coach who has experience working with athletes across a spectrum of sports from the youth to the national team level. He is currently the personal strength coach to multiple World and Olympic medalists in hockey, soccer, alpine skiing, and speed skating.
Nate completed his graduate degree in biomechanics at the University of Calgary where his research focused on techniques to restore and monitor muscle strength and power after ACL injury in elite athletes. Nate bridges the gap between research and coaching to optimize rehabilitation and return to sport outcomes following knee injury.
Nate completed his undergraduate degree in kinesiology at McMaster, where he also won two OUA championships and a CIS silver medal as a member of the McMaster University men’s soccer team.
