Rehabilitation and Return to Performance Training following Injury
We specialize in helping athletes recover from lower limb injury with the goal of returning to sport at the highest level. We develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans that are underpinned by science and supported by years of experience. We start by reverse engineering the specific physical and technical demands of your sport and begin integrating these components in the rehab process as early as possible. We use objective physical testing, rather than time, to guide our process and ensure athletes return to competition stronger, fitter and faster than before.
