WHAT IS SPEED FOR SOCCER?

Players will experience soccer specific technical skill training (ball mastery, 1v1’s, passing, shooting) combined with fundamental physical development exercises (acceleration, speed, landing, cutting, bodyweight strength).

HOW WILL PLAYERS BENEFIT?

In today's game, a combination of technique and speed is essential. Our expert coaches create drills that help players master ball control while developing fundamentals of running mechanics, change of direction, maximum velocity, and bodyweight strength.

Our small group training sessions offer players the opportunity to repeatedly practice and explore dribbling skills, passing, and 1v1 situations. Additionally, players will gain a solid foundation in speed and strength development fundamentals.
